She was predeceased by : her parents, Elizabeth Morgan and David Rhyne; her significant other Gary Bartlett, Sr.; and her siblings, Lonna Dailey, Kelly Matthews, Herbert Benham, Cecil Benham, Karl Rhyne, Eric Rhyne and Richard Rhyne.
She is survived by : her children, Terri Blansett of West Point, Jeannie Bartlett of Warren, MI and Gary Bartlett, Jr. (Karen) of West Point; her grandchildren, Michael Starlin, John Starlin (Casey Rae), Shane Starlin (Mollie), Stephanie Thomas (Ryan) and Chelsea Owsen (Rick); her great grandchildren, Anthony, Lilly, Max, Ian, Caroline, Eloise and Jeb; and her brother Charlie Foster.
