Jean King Obituary
We are sad to announce that on October 6, 2020, at the age of 92, Jean King of West Point, Mississippi passed away. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Jean King to pay them a last tribute.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Rev. William T. Dart and Emma Weibel; her husband John E. "Jack" King Jr.; and her siblings, Jimmy Dart, Naomi Brooks, Dorothy "Dot" Livingston and Ruth Calloway.
She is survived by: her children, John E. "Buddy" King III of Virginia, James Bruce King of West Point and Karyl Lynn Buddington of Memphis, TN; and her grandchildren, Andrea, John E. "Jack" King IV, Emily Elise King, Sarah McEachin King, Elizabeth Jean King and Peyton Montgomery King. She is also survived by 4 great grandchildren.
Due to Covid Health concerns, a private family graveside service will be held Friday October 9, 2020 at Greenwood Cemetery with Rev. Layne Livingston officiating.
