He was predeceased by: his father James E. "Ed" Brown, Sr.. He is survived by: his children, Savannah Brown of West Point, MS and Brett Brown (Deanna) of Gulf Shores, AL; his mother Bulah Dale Brown; and his sisters, Mitzi Stribling and Dale Montgomery.
