He was predeceased by: his parents, Hugh Williams Cooper and Carolyn Justice Cooper. He is survived by: his wife Vicki Cooper of West Point; his daughters, Maureen Cooper of Memphis, TN and Camille Cooper of Starkville; and his granddaughter Carolyn Grace Cooper.
