He was predeceased by: his parents, Alfred Floyd and Geneva Morgan Eaton; his wife Ellen Faye Hickman; his son Ricky Eaton; and his brothers, Billy Joe Eaton (Joyce) and A. J. Eaton (Lilah).
He is survived by: his daughters, Athena Eaton of West Point and Diane Morris (Tom) of Seabrook; his grandchildren, Jamie Snell of West Point and Jessica Longoria (David) of Austin; his great grandchild Elena Faye Longoria of Austin; and his siblings, Louise Parker (Arthur) of Montpelier and Darrell Eaton (Alice Faye) of West Point. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
