With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Hester Smith (West Point, Mississippi), who passed away on January 30, 2023 at the age of 95. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
He was predeceased by: his father Edward Vernon Smith; and his wife Mary Jane Smith. He is survived by: his children, Mike Smith (Elizabeth) of Columbus, Andy Smith (Cindy) of Starkville and Cathy Davis (Charlie) of Summerville, SC; his sisters, Jeanie Leggett (Danny) of West Point and Pat Shaffer of West Point; and his close friend Marie Kelley. He is also survived by 10 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren.
