He was predeceased by: his parents, Nannie Gray Ashcraft Fulgham and Clinton E. Fulgham; and his siblings, Marilyn Fulgham Hayes, Glenn Fulgham and Bobby 'Bob Fulgham.
He is survived by: his nieces and nephews, Eddy Stewart, Michael Stewart, Ryan Fulgham, Kevin Fulgham, David Fulgham, Robert Fulgham, Madonna Fulgham and Carmen Gore; and his sisters-in-law, Ginny Fulgham and Patti Fulgham.
