He was predeceased by: his mother Carolyn Desoto. He is survived by: his fiancé Brandie Sudduth; his children, Isiah May and Kayla Boswell of West Point, MS; his sisters, April Peeks of Columbus and Lisa Peeks of Columbus; and his cousin Shana Ward of Kosciusko.

Memorials may be made to St. Jude Children's Hospital.
