Fulgham (West Point, Mississippi), born in McAdams, Mississippi, who passed away at the age of 79, on April 6, 2022. She was predeceased by : her father Emmett Adcock; her husbands, Pete Moore and Arlon Fulgham; her daughter Shelia Freeman; and her great grandchild Brooklyn Whitaker.

She is survived by : her children, Tammy Fowler (James) of West Point and Richard Moore (Mary) of Pheba; her grandchildren, Shana Smith, Danielle Whitaker, Crystal Freeman, Stephanie Freeman, Kevin Freeman, Lydale Bigham, Jonathan Bigham, Ty Fowler, Corey Fowler, Brandon Voyles (Kathy), Jasmine Cook (Josh) and Chase Voyles (Jayme); and her sister Jo Peeples of West Point.
