She was predeceased by: her father Benjamin Franklin Allen; her husband Leroy Hill; her sons, Kenneth Fred Ballard and Terry Ray Ballard; her siblings, Silas Allen, Walter Allen, Wallace Allen, Sherman Allen, Jake Allen, Vernon Allen, Freddy Allen, Mable Allen and Elsie Allen Sanders; and her daughter-in-law Rebecca Hill.

She is survived by: her children, Tony Hill of West Point and Ruth Wooten (Scotty); her sister Barbara Bernecker; and her grandchildren, Laura Thompson, Shawn Ballard, Chad Ballard, Tina Smith (Mike), Trisha Dorrah (Stan), Jana Hill, Tonya Wooten, Toby Wooten and Yancy Wooten. She is also survived by 8 great grandchildren; many nieces and nephews.
