He is survived by: his children, Clarence Carter, III (Tramika) of Savannah, Georgia, Alexandria Saulsberry of Chicago and Ashley Ivey (Tyquan) of Lorain, Ohio; his grandchildren, Xavier Carter of Elyria, Ohio, Cayla Carter of Leimen, Germany, Mason Carter, Zoey Carter of Savannah, Georgia and Ajani Ivey of Lorain, Ohio.; and his siblings, Renee Davis of Fort Meyers, Florida and Dennis Carter (Kenndria) of Elyria.
