He was predeceased by: his parents, Audrey Mae Tate Foster and Clifton Olus Foster; and his sister Lillie Evelyn Espada. He is survived by: his children, Chuck Sanders (Mindy), C. K. Foster (Ashley) of Starkville and Ragan Smith (Mike) of West Point; his sisters, Delores Walls (Leslie) of West Point and Peggy Fulgham (Rodney) of West Point; and his uncle Charlie'. He is also survived by several grandchildren and 3 great grandchildren; a host of nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives, friends, and special neighbors.
