He was predeceased by : his parents, Michael Daniel O'Connor and Lillie Mae Belue O'Connor; his wife Tommie Lou O'Connor; his son Jim Bob O'Connor; and his siblings, Frankie Earlene Ming, Michael Daniel O'Connor, Jr., Leroy O'Connor and Norman Kelly O'Connor.

He is survived by : his daughter Sloane O'Connor; his granddaughters, Reagan Coleman and Renleigh Coleman; and his close friends, Bill, Judy Ladd, Bobby and Pat Brand.
