He was predeceased by: his parents, Lottie Mae Nabors and William Prentiss Smith. He is survived by: his wife Shirley Smith of West Point; his children, William Shayne Smith (Patti) of Southaven, Stephen Corey Smith (Kacey) of Hernando and Tonya Lynn Harrell of Orange Beach, AL; his sister Elizabeth Sanders of Corinth; his grandchildren, Boppa, Billy Smith (Michelle), Robert Harrell, James Harrell, Micah Smith, William Harrell (Holly), Samuel Harrell, Josh Smith, Ann Caroline Harrell, Garrick Smith, Ford Smith and Harrison Smith; and his great grandchildren, Hanson Harrell, Miles Harrell and Shayne Smith.
