He is survived by : his wife Vanessa Decker of West Point; his children, Isaac Smith of West Point, Joshua Smith of Mobile, AL, Cleon Smith of West Point, Macy Decker of Tupelo, Ellie Mae Decker of West Point and Misty Dukeminier of Lauderdale; his niece Elizabeth Decker; and his sister Millie Walker. He is also survived by 9 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
