He was predeceased by: his siblings, Lewis Hitt, Barbara Hitt and Elizabeth Deadwyler. He is survived by: his wife Holly Moore of Trebloc; his daughters, Scarlet (Matt Brown), Georgia and Stephanie (Eric Emery); and also, Carol Carley (Richard) of Columbus and Susan Stevens of Stanford, Maine.. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren; 3 great grandchildren.
