He was predeceased by: his parents, Mary A. Davis and Sam T. Harmon; and his siblings, Sylvia Sykes and David Harmon. He is survived by: his son Ben Thomas Harmon, Jr. (Doris) of Oxford; his grandsons, Brian and Brad Harmon; and his sister Sandra King (Kenny) of Hamilton, MS.. He is also survived by 5 great grandchildren.
