She is survived by: her husband Lecil Charles of Cedar Bluff; her daughters, Terresa Johnson (Kevin) of Brandon, Wanda Parker (Bert) of West Point, Beverly Rhea (Doug) of Cedar Bluff and Nicki Raines (Wayne) of Cedar Bluff; her siblings, Eugene Kelly, Larry Kelly, Judy Kelly, Linda Barkelew and Margaret Harper; and her grandchildren, Brooke Dukes, Charles Raines, Stephen Rains, Haley Sellers, Tayler Parker, Whitney Coleman and Nicole Davie. She is also survived by 7 great grandchildren.
