She was predeceased by: her parents, Carl Richard Proctor and Gertrude Edna Howard Proctor; and her husband Frankie Earl Loper. She is survived by: her children, Eric Loper (Vicki) of Starkville and Amy Duke (Billy) of West Point; her sisters, Carlene Dodson of Columbus and Cathy Moss of Natchez; her grandchildren, Abigail Frazier, Hannah Sherrell, Minnie Fuqua and Jared Loper; and her great grandchildren, Judah Frazier and Titus Sherrell.
