She was predeceased by : her parents, Annie Hilma Smith and William Thomas Young; her former life partner Preceding; her daughter Paula Rippie; and her grandson Kendall Shawn Rippie.
She is survived by : her husband James "Buddy" Wright; her daughter Jamie Smith of Meridian; and her grandchildren, Haley Monroe (Jason), Adam Rippie (Haley), Blake Smith (Emily), Corbett Rippie and Jason Rippie. She is also survived by her 10 great-grandchildren; and three great-great-grandchildren.
