It is with deep sorrow that we announce the death of Ann Hurst Cummings of West Point, Mississippi, born in Minter City, Mississippi, who passed away on October 16, 2020, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Grover C. Hurst and Lena Wilhite Hurst; her husband John E. Cummings; her daughter Lisa Gail Cummings; and her brother Bud Hurst.
She is survived by: her sons, James Michael "Mike" Cummings of Birmingham, AL and John Anthony Cummings (Beth) of West Point; her grandchildren, Aaron, Bradley, Jake, Beth Ann, Mckenzie and John Charles; her adoptive daughter Franziska Zimmerman of Soul; and her siblings, Kay Nordyke (Rick) of Cleveland, TN, Mary Hurst of West Point, Joe Hurst of West Point and Charles Hurst of Mullens, SC.. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Due to current Covid health concerns, social distancing will be observed.
