He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Wages and Mae Tutor Wages; his sister Wanda Autrey; and his great grandchild Owen Dean Runyan. He is survived by: his wife Gwen Wages; his children, Tony Wages (Melinda), Stephanie Harris (Jerimy) and Becky Foster (Joe); his sisters, Arlia Pace (Tracy), Bonnie Ravenhorst (Neil) and Rhonda Leggett; his grandchildren, Tiffany Barlow (Quinten), Matthew Wages, Brandi Runyan (Blake), Chase Coghlan, Tyler Coghlan, Alex Coghlan, Natalie Ward (Corey), Nickalas Harris and Tripp Harris; and his great grandchildren, Jasper Barlow, Ollie Runyan, Marleigh Barlow and Isaac Runyan.
Visitation was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the Strong Hope Baptist Church (1144 King Rd, Wesson, MS 39191). A funeral service was held on Saturday, February 15th 2025 at 1:00 PM at the same location.
