He was predeceased by: his parents, James Webster Lewis and Pearl Frances Hanshew Lewis; his wife Andra Lewis; and his siblings, Larry Lewis, James Webster, Jr., Leland Lewis, Maudie Lewis and Odell Lewis.
He is survived by: his daughters, Leigh Ann Lewis Brister (Winvall), Rebecca Kay Lewis and Ryan Delatte; and his siblings, James Lewis, Nollie Lewis, Steve Lewis and Bonnie Lewis Brown. He is also survived by 5 grandchildren and 4 great-grandchildren.
