He is survived by: his parents, Kenneth Leigh Case and Patsy L. Smith; his wife Michelle Case; his children, James Case, Laramie Case, Haleigh Whitaker, Sydney Thomas (Matt) and Erin Rodriguez (Cesar); his brothers, Kelby Case (Chelsie) and Korey Case (Bridget); his grandchildren, Drake Thomas, Lincoln Thomas and Eli Rodriguez; and his nieces and nephews, Kamron Case, Luke Ferrell, Matthew Crosby, Kayleigh Case, Kallie Case, Kirstie McDaniel, Dawn Williams, Samantha Whittington and Sarah Crosby.
