She is survived by: her husband James Daniel McCullough; her children, Chad McCullough (Erin Moak) and LeAnn Boyte (Greg); her daughter-in-law Kellie McCullough; her siblings, Nolan Earl Williamson (Karen), Louise Moak and Betty McDavid (Lafayette); her mother-in-law Nellie Ruth McCullough; her siblings-in-law, Jackie McCullough and Donald McCullough; and her grandchildren, Daniel Scott McCullough, Taylor Leigh McCullough (Cody Golmon), Emma Grace Price, Katelyn Carol McCullough, Mia Moak and Emma Grace Bryant. She is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
