With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Johnnie Munn of Wesson, Mississippi, who passed away on March 3, 2025 at the age of 82. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Toxy Ward and Carrie Mae Ward; her siblings, Sherman Ward, Denmon Ward and Sue Hall; and her daughter-in-law Tiwana Munn.
She is survived by: her children, Timothy Munn, Charles "Ernie" Munn (Lisa), Terry Munn (Elise) and Carmen Garrett (Steve); her siblings, Dr. Joe Ward, Danny Ward and Kathy Bryant; and her grandchildren, Josh Garrett, Will Garrett, Quentin Munn, Ashley Munn and Mary Beth Munn Smith. She is also survived by eight great-grandchildren.
Visitation was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Stringer Family Funeral Home - Hazlehurst Po (28023 MS-28, Hazlehurst, MS 39083). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, March 5th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
