He was predeceased by: his great-grandparents, Charles and Mary L. Branum of Brookhaven. He is survived by: his mother Billie Branum Phillips; his wife Ashley Smith; his daughters, MacKenzie, Madison and Macie; his father David Phillips, Jr.; his grandparents, Billy Branum and Martha Cupit Seim; his siblings, Vincent Rials, Jr. and Amanda Selman (Brett Selman); his brother-in-law Jake Pippen; and his nieces and nephews, Gabe, Genesis, Michael, Dawson, Tiffany, Ally and John.
