He was predeceased by: his parents, Willie Jenner McInnis and Lillie Mae Tarbutton McInnis; his former wife Emma Lou McCray McInnis; and his brothers, Alton Lee McInnis, William Jenner McInnis, Roger Dale McInnis and Rev. Glenn McInnis.
He is survived by: his wife Carolyn McInnis; his sons, Tony Wayne McInnis (Mary Love) and Ricky McInnis (Cathy); his stepson Johnny Brekeen; his daughters, Wanda Jean Peavey (Kenny Peavey) and Terri Lucinda Dove; his stepdaughter Sophia May (Ed); and his siblings, Charles McInnis, Bernice Dodd and Claudell Layton. He is also survived by 8 grandchildren and 9 great-grandchildren.
