He was predeceased by: his parents, Welby Curtis and Ruby Curtis; and his siblings, William "Bill" Curtis, Chelsie Curtis, Julian Curtis and Inez Curtis.
He is survived by: his wife Sherrill Ann Curtis; his children, Ronald Curtis (Tiffany), Shere Hussien and Karen Ann Middleton (Ronnie); and his siblings, L. F. Curtis and Ann Curtis Mirick. He is also survived by nieces, nephews and other loving family members and friends.
