He was predeceased by: his parents, Roy Oberschmidt and Ruby Oberschmidt; his grandparents, Scott, Anita Oberschmidt, Perry and Ola Richardson; and his niece Casey Layne Chandler.
He is survived by: his wife Kimberly Oberschmidt; his daughters, Catherine Oberschmidt and Ruby Loren Oberschmidt; and his siblings, David Shawn Oberschmidt and Amanda Oberschmidt.
