He is survived by: his wife Cocoa Chemin Rials; his sons, Joseph Franklin, Jeremy Gill and Lawson Tillman; his siblings, Eric Rials (Jessica), Nathan Rawls, Jonathan Rawls and Brittany Rials; his grandmothers, Lenora Rials and Dorothy Marsh; his nieces and nephews, Bryce Tillman, Lawson Chemin, Jack Parker, Rush Parker, Neleigh Tillman, Lainei Grace Norton, Kalyn Chemin, Morgan Chemin, Mayson, Ashlyn, Lilly-Mae and Dixie Rials; and his sisters-in-law, Andrea (Shane Parker) and Amanda (Lyle). He is also survived by aunts, uncles, cousins and friends. mother-in-law, Cheryl Waters and father-in-law.
