He was predeceased by: his parents, Charlie Joe Ivey Sr. and Jewel Leon Harger Ivey; his sisters, Joy Geraldine Ivey, Evelyn Ellington and Carol Payne; his brother-in-law Billy Gerald; and his stepson Justin Hickman.
He is survived by: his wife Jullia Ingram Ivey; his sisters, Fay Gerald and Karen Clanton (Charles); his brother-in-law Robert Ellington; his children, Charlie J. Ivey III, Anita Ivey, Collette Manning, Jeanne Carava and StephAnie Phillips (Brad); his grandchildren, Morgan, Connor (Schyler), Spencer, McKenna, Wesley, Sami and Seraphin; and his great grandchildren, Jack, Scarlett and Raeleigh Jo. He is also survived by many nieces and nephews.
