She was predeceased by: her parents, J. W. Hales and Clara Lucille "Polly" Fox Hales; and her husbands, Larry Joe Lewis, Sr. and Norris Roberts. She is survived by: her sons, Larry Joe Lewis, Jr. and Michael Dean Lewis (Darlene); her grandchildren, Drew Lewis (Angie) and Anna Gunn (Sam); her great grandchild Malakai Lewis; her cousin Bob Fox of Knoxville, TN; and her friends, Carolyn Howington and Sonya Cowen. She is also survived by other loving family members and friends.
