It is with great sadness that we announce the death of Bettye Berry of Wesson, Mississippi, born in Brookhaven, Mississippi, who passed away on November 30, 2023, at the age of 77, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Delaughter and Lucille Blackwell Delaughter; her siblings, Mike Delaughter, Charles Delaughter and Earnestine Conn; and her nieces, Anita Davis Clark, Tammy Davis Bradford and Myrna Jordan.
She is survived by: her children, David Berry (Phyllis) of Pearl and Myra Martin of Wesson; her grandchildren, Tiffany Walker, Tristan Berry, Grace Sumrall, Alexis Berry, Thomas Blaylock, Timothy Martin and Jacob Martin; and her sisters, Faye Holmes (Charles) and Wanda Brewer. She is also survived by eleven great-grandchildren.
