She was predeceased by: her parents, Clint Rankin and Gettis Thames Rankin; and her brother Tom Rankin. She is survived by: her husband Freddie R. Stegall; her daughters, Shari Nevels, Roxanne Douglas (Mandy) and Joanne Allen (Scotty); her brother Gerald Rankin; her grandchildren, Cari Nevels, Bo Allen, Chase Allen and Maci Allen; and her great grandchild Kane Williams.
