With heavy hearts, we announce the death of June Sheffield Nicholson of Wayside, Mississippi, born in Sunflower, Mississippi, who passed away on October 15, 2023 at the age of 81. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Nathan Robert Sheffield and Emma Timbs Sheffield; and her siblings, Robert "Bobby" Sheffield, Mack Sheffield, Ed Wayne Sheffield, Jimmy Sheffield, Penny Halligan, Vontice "Helen" Nicholson and Trilby McCoy.
She is survived by: her children, Chris Hutton of Wayside, Don Nicholson of Greenville and Tonya Nicholson of Oregon; her siblings, Clyde Allen Sheffield of Burleson, Tennessee and Brenda Lassett of Indianola; her siblings-in-law, Peggy Sheffield of Indianola and Waymond McCoy of Pearl; her grandchildren, Kaitlyn Barnes and Christopher Colton Hutton; and her great grandchildren, Mazie, Zayden and Addie.
