He was predeceased by: his parents, William Norman Crowe and Betty Lou Crowe; his brothers, Tommy Crowe and Jimmy Bandy; and his brother-in-law Bobby Robinson.
He is survived by: his wife Donna Boyles Crowe of Waynesboro, MS; his sons, Blake Crowe (Courtney) of Waynesboro, MS, Brad Crowe of Waynesboro, MS and Devan Crowe of Waynesboro, MS; his brother John Crowe of Florence, MS; and his stepgrandchildren, Jacob Burgess and Jaydenn Burgess.
In Lieu of Flowers, memorials may be made to Billy's childhood home, The Baptist Children's Village.
