He is survived by: his sons, Elton Cherry (Maurice "Daisy") of Katy, TX and Hugh Cherry (Diane) of Clara, MS; his brother Harold Cherry of Waynesboro, MS; his grandchildren, Austin Cherry, Chance Cherry, Caleb Cherry, Cody Beasley, Mandy Hair and Dianna Blackledge; and his great grandchildren, Rowyn, Lexie, Brooke, Ava, Ana, Cade, Chase, Emily, Charlotte and Lilly.
