Kelley (Waynesboro, Mississippi), born in Forest, Mississippi, who passed away on November 2, 2024, at the age of 88, leaving to mourn family and friends. She was predeceased by: her parents, William Culpepper and Pearl Culpepper; her husband T. O. Kelley, Sr.; and her siblings, Willie Lee Culpepper, Calvin Culpepper, Ellen Truhett Miles and Pearl Panno.
She is survived by: her sons, Tommy Kelley (Karen) of Waynesboro, MS, Jerry Kelley (Laura) of Buckatunna, MS and Terry Kelley (Susie) of Waynesboro, MS; her grandchildren, Kati Crager (Coby), Marc Kelley (Tish), Megan Hancock (Corey) and Carson Kelley; and her great grandchildren, Pacee Lane Kelley, Caroline Kelley Crager, Fisher James Kelley, Lucy Anne Crager and Millie Thomas Hancock. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
Visitation was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 from 10:30 AM to 2:00 PM at the First Baptist Church of Waynesboro (814 Azalea Dr, Waynesboro, MS 39367). A funeral service was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at 2:00 PM at the same location. A burial was held on Tuesday, November 5th 2024 at the Kelley-Mozingo Cemetery.
