He was predeceased by: his parents, Albert D. Powell and Martha Ellen Bloomfield Powell; and his siblings, Stanley Powell and Kathy Fox. He is survived by: his children, Eric Powell (Mariechelle) of Germantown, TN, Anthony Powell, April Young of Bruce, MS and Amber Martin of Water Valley, MS; his siblings, Timothy Powell (Karen), Karen Jaggers and Barbara Redenbaugh; and his former wife Emily Barnes Holland. He is also survived by six grandchildren, two great grandchildren; and a host of nephews, nieces, cousins, other relatives, and friends.
