He was predeceased by: his parents, Paul Jolly, Sr. and Christine Cox; and his brothers, Graymond, Sam and Mark Jolly.
He is survived by: his wife Jane Jolly; and his sons, Ian Jolly (Wrenn), Matthew Jolly (Jessica) and Daniel Jolly (Laura). He is also survived by grandchildren.
