He is survived by: his wife Sandra Hipps; and his children, Stewart Skelton (Jackie) of Red Banks, MS, Steven Skelton (Jenni) of Ingomar, MS and Jennifer Westmoreland (Chris) of Water Valley, MS. He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and five great-grandchildren.
