He was predeceased by: his parents, Carnice Eugene Davis and Martha Schmitz Davis. He is survived by: his close friend Cindy Ross of Water Valley; his daughters, Suzanne Davis Reed (Al) of Water Valley, Dena Davis Hardy (Steve) of Water Valley and Hailey Davis Taylor of Myrtle; his grandchildren, Chris Hardy (Ginger) of Tupelo, Alana Reed Harris (Josh) of Water Valley, Kelsey Reed Edwards (Tripp) of Pontotoc and Casen Taylor of Myrtle; his siblings, Charles Davis of Water Valley, Joe Davis of Water Valley, Terry Davis of Water Valley, Jerry Davis of Water Valley, Linda Bass of Water Valley and Wanda Parker of New Hope, AL.; and his great grandchildren, Will Hardy, Saylor Hardy, Leo Harris, Lyle Harris, Abram Edwards, Polly Kate Edwards and Rosemary Edwards.
Visitation was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 11:00 AM to 1:00 PM at the Seven Oaks Funeral Home (12760 Hwy 32, Water Valley, MS 38965). A funeral service was held on Friday, January 3rd 2025 from 1:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the same location.
