She was predeceased by: her husband Philip Lyle Long; her parents, James Cotten, Sr. and Loie Sandefer; and her brothers, James Cotten, Jr. and Carl Latham.
She is survived by: her children, Pamela Colclasure of Water Valley, Stephanie Smith (Bruce) of Water Valley, Alta Lynn Hughes of Water Valley and Clay Ferguson (Gail) of Water Valley; and her siblings, Cathy Patton (Robert) of Water Valley, Harold Cotten (Cherie) of Winona, MS, Tommy Latham (Connie) of Water Valley and Don Latham of Memphis, TN. She is also survived by 11 grandchildren; and 2 great-grandchildren.
