He was predeceased by: his parents, Ed Ray and Evelyn Tucker Perkins; and his sister Martha P. Smith. He is survived by: his wife Ruth Taylor Perkins of Water Valley; his daughter Jessica Denise Ware (Vince) of Tunica; his siblings, Betty Davis (Al) of Water Valley and Van Perkins (Linda) of Brandon; and his grandchildren, Veronica Baker of Nashville and Zachary Baker of Memphis.
Visitation was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Oliver Funeral Home (113 Liberty St, Winona, MS 38967). A funeral service was held on Saturday, November 9th 2024 at 12:00 PM at the Oliver Funeral Home Chapel (113 Liberty St, Winona, MS 38967).
