He was predeceased by: his parents, Gayle Johnson and Celestine Johnson (Milstead). He is survived by: his sisters, Billie Joe Duncan (JC) of Sardis and Barbara Stevens (Mike) of Charleston; his children, Chase Johnson, Cody Johnson (Jess) and Chelsea Simpes; his stepchildren, Dusty Goodwin and Jerry Goodwin; and his nephews, Chris Russell and Jason Russell (Amber). He is also survived by thirteen grandchildren; and one great-grandchild.
