She was predeceased by: her parents, Cletus Huckaby and Alma Dale Huckaby; her siblings, Horace Huckaby and Emma Lou Clark; and her grandsons, Jeremy Hammers and Luke Hammers.
She is survived by: her daughters, Nancy Hazim (Michael) of Las Vegas, Pat Wade (Preston) of Oxford, Janice Daugherty of Oxford and Amy Lee of Grenada; her grandchildren, Tony Hammers, Shawn Anthony (Deborah), Brandon Anthony (Jennifer), Stephanie Hazim (Tony), Melinda McCarty (Eric) and Erica Miller (Eddie); and her great grandchildren, TJ Mahaffey, Gabriel Hazim, Parker Hazim, Mikey Hazim, Kristen Porrier, Aiden McCarty, Dalton Anthony, Nathan Miller, Lucas Miller and Jeremiah Hammers.
