It is with great sadness that we announce the death of David Scott Carter (Water Valley, Mississippi), born in Memphis, Tennessee, who passed away on January 5, 2024, at the age of 50, leaving to mourn family and friends. He was predeceased by: his father-in-law Bobby Spears. He is survived by: his wife Becky Carter; his children, Koral Hogue (Jeremy) and Ana Carter (Jesse Wilbanks); his grandchildren, Jeret Hogue, Emmie Hogue, Dixie Hogue and Cable Hogue; his siblings, Ricky Carter and Pamela Brast (Darren); and his mother-in-law Diane Spears.
Through serving this organization as chaplain and Vice-President, David formed cherished friendships and shared his passion for motorcycles, charity, and community service.
