We are sad to announce that on November 29, 2019, at the age of 77, Clemmie Sue Ragon (Water Valley, Mississippi), born in Banner, Mississippi passed away. Family and friends are welcome to send flowers or leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Ernest Kelly and Molly Kelly (Logan). She is survived by: her sons, Rickey Ragon (Donna) of Water Valley, MS and Keith Cobern of Water Valley, MS; her husband Frankie Ragon; and her brother Arthur Kelly. She is also survived by three grandchildren and 3 great-grandchildren.
