He was predeceased by: his wife Daliah McLeod; his parents, Bruce Sr. McLeod and Anna McLeod; his grandson Rodrick McLeod, Jr.; and his siblings, Bruce, McLeod Jr., Johnny Ray McLeod, Willie Rankins, Georgia Rankins, Lola Lee Bass and Genevieve Kyle.
He is survived by: his uncle Reedus McLeod; his aunt Gussie Booth McLeod; his children, Rodrick McLeod, Sr. (Patsy), Detra Matthews (Barron) of Water Valley and Vietta Booker (Richard) of Water Valley; his sister-in-law Grace Hardy (Willie) of Memphis; his nephew Colonel Larry "Mac" McNeal (Ol Timer); and his uncle Butler. He is also survived by nieces, nephews, and cousins.
